How are your perishable products shipped?
We ship our perishable items in insulated coolers with ice packs via expedited shipping to ensure they arrive at your door fresh and at the safe temperature.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States due to the strict customs regulations regarding meat and food products.
Are your products gluten-free?
Many of our traditional sausages and pâtés are naturally gluten-free. Please refer to the specific product descriptions and ingredient labels for detailed allergen information.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order is damaged or the contents are no longer cold, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
How long can I store your products in the refrigerator?
Unopened vacuum-sealed products typically last 2-4 weeks in the refrigerator. Once opened, we recommend consuming them within 3-5 days for the best quality.
Can I freeze your sausages and meats?
Yes, most of our products can be frozen for up to 3 months. We recommend keeping them in their original vacuum-sealed packaging to prevent freezer burn.
